FAQ's & Delivery

Ordering
After placing your order with A Bird & A Bee for your wedding stationery you will receive an email from us requesting your invitation information, wording and colour choices along with any other additional information you feel that we need. Once we receive your information we will then send you a PDF proof of your stationery for you to approve, then print your stationery and send you an email when we are ready to dispatch your order.

Proofs/Timings
PDF Proofs are sent via email, using the wording in your order - please note that you are responsible for checking wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with errors and subsequently printed, A Bird & A Bee will not be held responsible and if replacements are required we will charge you again.
Once we have received your order information and payment in full, we aim to get PDF proofs to you within one week. Once approved, your finished stationery will be delivered within 4 weeks.

Samples
Due to the high volume of sample requests we get, A Bird & A Bee cannot offer free samples so you have to order the sample(s) that you require. Samples will have standard text and will not be personalised. Samples will not include envelopes or tags. Samples will be sent by first class mail.

Refunds
If a proof was approved and you decide you are not happy for any reason with your finished stationery, A Bird & A Bee cannot offer refunds on personalised stationery due to the time we have spent proofing/designing and printing your stationery. A Bird & A Bee is not responsible for any spelling, wording, layout, color, size, materials, item or information errors. Please order a sample if you wish to check the cardstock we use or the quality of our products.

Delivery
Delivery will be via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (except samples)

Orders £0 - £9.99 = £1.45
Orders £10.00 - £19.99 = £2.95
Orders £20.00 - 149.99 = £4.95
Orders over £150.00 = £6.95

Please note that postage covers packaging costs and postage and are priced according to weight.

* Please note manilla card is a porous material and therefore print colours may vary slightly from
proof colours. The card is also a recycled heavyweight (280gsm) and may therefore have slight flaws
or marks on and can curve up slightly.
